Creation of the Carlo Francescutti prize in Italian Studies at York University

Academic Prize of $500 offered to First Year Students majoring in Italian Studies
TORONTO - Carlo Francescutti, Managing Partner of HalloweenAndHobby.com, is pleased to announce that
starting from the 2016/2017 Academic Year his company will offer an Academic Prize of $500 to (one) First
Year student with a major in Italian Studies, at the Department of Languages, Literatures and Linguistics of
York University. A Committee will notify applicants of their decision, which will be based on the highest GPA.
Incoming York University Students are encouraged to contact Student Financial Services for more information
(www.sfs.yorku.ca) or apply through the online portal (Student Financial Profile) upon registering for classes.
Carlo Francescutti is a York University Alumnus. His company, Francescutti Group, is a start-up and its core
business is national and international Retail and Distribution in the industry of Toys and Clothing, through such
ventures as The Fun_and_games_estore on eBay and www.HalloweenAndHobby.com. What is truly remarkable
